European Restructuring Monitor (ERM)
The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
The commercial court of Amiens has decided the liquidation of Armatures du Nord with the closure of its site and the dismissal of its 103 employees by April. The company was specialized in the manufacturing of metal structures for construction.
