Digitisation and automation technologies, including artificial intelligence (AI), can affect working conditions in a variety of ways and their use in the workplace raises a host of new ethical concerns.
Software firm, Qualtrics, is expanding its workforce in Dublin by 100.
The US-owned company set up operations in Ireland in 2013 and currently employs 150 people at its Dublin base. The new positions, expected to be filled by end of 2016, are in sales, support and technical teams. It is also seeking to take on graduates from the science, business and mathematics disciplines. Qualtrics lists Kelloggs, HP and Cisco among its clients
