Description

French call centre firm Acticall has started recruiting about 200 employees for its newly-opened site in Saint-Etienne-du-Rouvray near Rouen (Haute-Normandie). It is its third site in the region of Haute-Normandie where callcentre activities employ currently about 4,500 employees.

Acticall has opened centres in 2010 and 2011 in France (Acticall03-2010, Acticall08-2010; Acticall2011). Acticall currently employs about 5,250 employees in France (7,000 employees worldwide). The group specialises in customer services and has a 2013 turnover forecast of €175 million.
