Ethics in the digital workplace
Digitisation and automation technologies, including artificial intelligence (AI), can affect working conditions in a variety of ways and their use in the workplace raises a host of new ethical concerns.
Polish company FON-SKB has launched iron foundry in Radomsko. By doing this, the company is expecting to increase its competitiveness and allow business expansion into the new markets of industries as the shipbuilding, aircraft, gas and petrochemical. 100 new qualified workers, who are now under training, will be employed at the plant. FON-SKB was founded in 1912. The company specialize in manufacturing of drive axles, suspensions, gear reducers, transmissions and other traction and drive transmission components for buses and coaches, rail vehicles, mining vehicles, agricultural equipment and construction machines.
