European Restructuring Monitor (ERM)
The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
Pošta Slovenije is a state-owned company based in Maribor (Podravska region) which mainly provides postal and financial services. It is also one of Slovenia's major logistics service providers. Pošta Slovenije reached 7.1 million euros net profit last year, increasing its turnover of one percent. This year the company will allocate 21.9 million euros in investments. In a very brief note Pošta Slovenije announced that 162 job posts will be lost this year, but no detailed explanations were given for internal restructuring causing the dismissals.
