Ethics in the digital workplace
Digitisation and automation technologies, including artificial intelligence (AI), can affect working conditions in a variety of ways and their use in the workplace raises a host of new ethical concerns.
Call centre company Goexcellent Sweden, part of the Goexcellent group, has announced that they will create a new call centre in Gothenburg. To staff the call centre the company plans to hire 145 employees. Goexcellent aims to start hiring as soon as possible, and have all positions filled by the end of 2015. Goexcellent employs 600 people in Sweden. The Goexcellent group employs around 1,800 people in Scandinavia and has ten different call centres in Sweden, Norway, Finland and Denmark.
