Aberdeenshire based brewery Brewdog has announced it is to create 130 new jobs at its site in Ellon. The company which was founded 8 years ago in Fraserburgh has grown quickly with in response to high demand for its craft beers; in addition to the brewery the company also owns two dozen bars. The jobs will be supported by a £1.5 million grant from the Scottish Government's Regional Selective Assistance (RSA) fund. It is not yet known when the new vacancies will be filled.
