European Restructuring Monitor (ERM)
The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
Financial services firm, Northern Trust, is to expand its workforce by 300 at its Limerick office, bringing its total staff in Ireland to 1,000, by end of 2017.
The work in the Limerick office deals with support services to investment managers, pension funds, multinationals, insurance companies and not-for-profits.
The Government, through IDA Ireland, is supporting the job expansion.
In 2011, Nothern Trust cut around 200 of its jobs in Ireland.
