Romanian pharmaceutical company Siepcofar, which operates the Dona pharmacy chain, is to increase the number of its employees by 400 people in 2015. In 2014 the company saw a growth in turnover and a profit of 6 million EUR.
In 2015, the company will invest nearly 6 million EUR, of which 2 million in pharmacies, 3 million euros in brand building campaigns and about 750,000 euros for training its employees. Its network will reach 320-350 units from the existing 275 pharmacies.
