In house training is one way to provide the existing and newly hired employees with the neccessary skills. Currently, there are two training classes organised for shipbuilding, locksmiths and welders. At the same time, the Shipyards are looking for mechanical engineering and naval architecture graduates from the Galati University. The Galaţi shipyard specialises in offshore vessels, patrol and military ships, tugboats, and other specialised vessels.
