European Restructuring Monitor (ERM)
The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
Eden Leisure Group, a Maltese leader in the hospitality and entertainment sectors, announced that it reached an agreement with Olympic Casino to manage the largest casino in Malta. The newly built casino, which will be operating under the name Casino Malta by Olympic, is expected to cost €10 million and to increase Eden Leisure Group’s full time employees by around 150 to 180.
Olympic has extensive experience in this sector since it is one of Europe’s largest providers of gaming services operating in a total of 97 sites in seven countries across Europe.
