European Restructuring Monitor (ERM)
The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
On 13 January 2015, manufacturer of casting products Tital announced to create 150 additional jobs at its site in Bestwig. The creation of these positions forms part of Tital's investment programme. Jobs are to be created within the next five years.
Tital is a manufacturer of complex and sophisticated investment casting products of titanium and aluminum alloys. At the end of 2014, the company was taken over by US aluminum producer Alcoa. Tital products are used in the electronics and optical, aerospace, medical and motorsport industry.
