Ethics in the digital workplace
Digitisation and automation technologies, including artificial intelligence (AI), can affect working conditions in a variety of ways and their use in the workplace raises a host of new ethical concerns.
Outsourcing services company Datacontact announced plans to create 220 jobs at its new call center in Tarnów. The call center is expected to be operational by mid-2015.
DataContact has been operating in Poland since 1995 and it was the first provider of outsourcing services in Poland. The company has call centers in 4 locations (Warszawa, Stalowa Wola, Kraków and Bielsko-Biała).
The ERM reported on previously announced restructuring event in 2011.
