Online travel agency eDreams Odigeo has announced to its works council plans to cut about 112 jobs by March 2015. As reported, the group has decided to implement a global restructuring plan in order to boost competitiveness , enhance the quality of customer satisfaction and invest sustainably by grouping together some of its units at the Spanish site of Barcelona. According to the sources the job reduction measure will affect its customer support business units. As mentioned, the group will transfer some positions from France to Spain, at its headquarter in Barcelona, where labour costs are lower.
