Financial services company Citi has announced the creation of 600 new jobs at its office in Belfast, Northern Ireland. The expansion will add to the 1,500 staff already employed at the office in the Titanic Quarter. Invest NI are supporting the creation of the new jobs with grants of approximately £6 million. The salaries for the new jobs are understood to be in the region of £35,000. The company has been steadily increasing its presence in the city since it first opened offices in Belfast in 2004. It is not known when these new jobs will be filled.
