European Restructuring Monitor (ERM)
The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
Wireless and digital solutions provider Digita has initiated employer-employee negotiations concerning 152 people. The negotiations were expected to lead to the reduction of 46 positions. The restructuring is conducted to increase efficiency and boost the competitiveness of the company on the market.
Digita employs a total of 270 people in Finland.
Update 17-12-2014: The outcome of the negotiations was a reduction of 28 jobs.
