European Restructuring Monitor (ERM)
The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
French supermarket chain Carrefour announced plans to create about 100 jobs at its new hypermarket in Piła. The store will be operational from 17 October 2014.
Carrefour has been operating in Poland since 1997. Currently, the company has over 600 stores across the country and it employs about 16,000 people.
ERM reported previous restructuring events in 2011a, 2011b, 2011c, 2009, 2006, 2005a and 2005b.
