Ethics in the digital workplace
Digitisation and automation technologies, including artificial intelligence (AI), can affect working conditions in a variety of ways and their use in the workplace raises a host of new ethical concerns.
Polish IT company Transition Technologies announced plans to create 150 jobs at its newly opened high tech solution centre in Kielce within the next two years. The company is looking for programmers who will work on IT projects for the automotive industry.
Transition Technologies has been operating since 1991. The company has six branches across the country (Warszawa, Białystok, Lublin, Wrocław, Łódź and Ostrów Wielkopolski) and it employs over 500 people. The company provides IT solutions for the pharmaceutical, automotive, power and gas industries.
The ERM reported on a previous restructuring event in 2007.
