Ethics in the digital workplace
Digitisation and automation technologies, including artificial intelligence (AI), can affect working conditions in a variety of ways and their use in the workplace raises a host of new ethical concerns.
Call centre company Webhelp has announced the recruitment of 200 employees for its site in Étrelles. The job expansion is due to an increased demand for outsourcing services. Webhelp will recruit on permanent employment contracts and on short-term contracts of over 6 months.
The recruitments will be done directly by the company and also through the public employment service Pôle Emploi with the use of a simulation method (méthode de recrutement par simulation).
