European Restructuring Monitor (ERM)
The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
State Street Corporation, a global financial consulting services provider, announced that it is to create 200 new jobs at its financial services center in Kraków by the end of 2014. The company is looking for financial staff, accountants, managers and engineers with foreign language skills, especially English. The company is to employ graduates as well as experienced workers.
State Street Corporation has been operating in Poland since 2007; it has three offices in Kraków. Currently the company employs 2,000 people in Poland. State Street Corporation has offices in 29 countries and employs over 29,000 people around the world.
The ERM reported other instances of restructuring announced by the company in 2012 and 2008.
