European Restructuring Monitor (ERM)
The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
Air conditioning systems producer Slovak ABC Klima is heading for bankruptcy and over 100 jobs will be lost. Besides some problems in the construction sector, the company lost a €8.5 million subcontract for its participation in building-up a healthcare facility in Russia, due to the recent EU sanctions targeting Russia over the Ukraine crisis.
