As announced on 5 August 2014, call center services provider Sitel is planning to create 180 jobs in Magdeburg. The recruiting process has already started. According to the company’s press release, the demand for additional staff is due to a large-scale client project.
Sitel is an international company which mainly provides customer services for other companies. The company runs 110 call centers in 23 countries with 56,000 employees in total. In Germany, Sitel currently employs 3,500 people across eight subsidiaries.
