Akrapovič is a high tech fast growing Slovenian producer of exhaust systems for cars and motor bikes. The company is located in Ivančna Gorica, in the Osrednje-slovenska region, and it also has a subsidiary in Podpeč. The company employs 700 workers altogether. In August 2014, the company will begin to relocate large part of the production to Črnomelj in Jugovzhodna Slovenija region. The new logistic center will employ 500 people; 400 of them will be relocated from existing plants and 100 will be newly employed. In the next five years, the company expects to create 400 additional jobs in Črnomelj.
