European Restructuring Monitor (ERM)
The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
German real estate broker Engel & Völkers announced the creation of 100 new jobs by 2017. Currently, there are 250 employees working for Engel & Völkers in Hamburg but according to media reports the company will create a new business centre in the Hamburg.
Engel & Völkers is a real estate broker for luxury estates and yachts. The company is organised as a franchise chain with 300 franchisees across 38 countries. Around 4,700 people currently work for Engel & Völkers.
