Austrian glass manufacturer Steindl Glas GmbH has announced that it will cut 118 jobs in Tyrol when the company closes. According to the source, the company went bankrupt in May 2014, due to a drop in sales leading to debts of €10 million.
According to the sources, the company will end production on the site by the end of June 2014. Steindl Glas GmbH, with headquarters in the Austrian province of Tyrol, was founded in 1994 and produced insulating and safety glass.
