The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
Getin Bank has announced that it will cut 400 jobs at its branches across Poland. According to the sources, the job cuts are part of a restructuring programme which will reduce operating costs by PLN 30 million (€7.22 million).
The ERM has previously reported on restructuring at the bank in 2009a, 2009b and 2008.
