Ethics in the digital workplace
Digitisation and automation technologies, including artificial intelligence (AI), can affect working conditions in a variety of ways and their use in the workplace raises a host of new ethical concerns.
HugaasGruppen, a Norwegian company engaged in the production of prefabricated steel buildings, is to create 120 new jobs in Klaipeda at the beginning of 2015. The company is planning to establish a new manufacturing facility in Klaipeda that will produce and process various steel structures. Currently HugaasGruppen owns 17 companies in Norway and Lithuania. HugaasGruppen’s main activity includes construction of prefabricated steel buildings for industrial manufacturing, agriculture, sports and other sectors.
