Digital communications company EE has announced the creation of 300 jobs. The jobs will be based at the Webhelp call centre in Derby which currently employs 1,200 people, mainly working for media company Sky. These new jobs will be created at Webhelp to handle various aspects of customer service calls on behalf of EE. Recruitment for these positions has already begun.
This latest round of job creation on behalf of EE continues the company's policy of locating more call centrre jobs in UK sites. Previous job creation in Northern Ireland occurred earlier in 2014.
