European Restructuring Monitor (ERM)
The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
South Korean Hyunnam Automotive announced plans to establish a new factory in Krasno nad Kysucou, specialising in the production of plastic components for car seats. As reported, the new factory will create up to 150 new jobs till the end of 2014 and up to 500 ones in the following years.
According to the sources, the new plant will be one of the main manufacturing sites supplying car manufacturers Kia and Hyundai.
