Ethics in the digital workplace
Digitisation and automation technologies, including artificial intelligence (AI), can affect working conditions in a variety of ways and their use in the workplace raises a host of new ethical concerns.

Local media company Stampen Local Media has announced that it will cut 100 jobs at various newspapers in the west of Sweden.
According to the source, the newspaper Goteborgsposten will cut 40 staff from the editorial team. The paper will no longer have its own graphics production and the number of photographers will be reduced from 15 to 8. According to the source, Stampen media is hoping that the majority of the job cuts will be carried out through retirement and voluntary redundancies, but the company has not ruled out direct dismissals.
The ERM has reported on previous restructuring events in 2013.
