Brewer and pub operator JW Lees has announced it will create 1,000 jobs over the next five years. The job creation is a result of a GBP 67.5 million investment by the company, which will see JW Lees buy and develop 65 pubs in the North-West of England. According to the source, the company has had record sales levels for the past 12 months.
The source also reports that the company will be starting a profit share scheme for its staff so that they will benefit from the company's financial growth.
