Global customer service management company Teleperformance will cut all 248 jobs at its site in Söderhamn, Sweden. The source reports that Teleperformance was contracted by Swedish teleoperator Tele2 as one of the companies responsible for their customer service. Following Tele2’s termination of the contract, all employees at Teleperformance will be made redundant.
Teleperformance will begin discussions with trade unions and the Employment Service to assist the workers who will be laid off.
