Description
The Estonian Unemployment Insurance Fund (EUIF) announced that they will hire 500 new employees in coming years to deal with increasing workload. The planned reform of incapacity to work policy that should be implemented from 1 July 2015, will bring considerable changes to EUIF work organisation. One major change according to the plan anticipates that EUIF will take over the assessment of ability to work from the Social Insurance Board and therefore need more workers. EUIF currently has 513 employees and will hire around 500 new employees from 2014-2019 thereby almost doubling their personnel.
