Ethics in the digital workplace
Digitisation and automation technologies, including artificial intelligence (AI), can affect working conditions in a variety of ways and their use in the workplace raises a host of new ethical concerns.
Korean producer of metal and plastic parts, Dongjin, has announced that it will create 200 jobs at its factory in Chodzież. The factory is expected to become operational by November 2014. The facility will produce plastic and metal components for household appliances.
According to the sources, the recruitment process will take place in two stages: first the company will recruit financial and administrative staff and in the second stage they will recruit production managers and assembly workers.
