Description
Irish frozen food company, Green Isle foods, has announced that it will create 115 jobs in two of its food production plants over the next five years. This restructuring is a part of a €30 million investment plan.
According to the source, 65 jobs will be created in the company’s pastry production plant in Galway and 50 jobs will be created in the company's pizza production facility in Longford.
The source reports that the expansion plan is supported by the Department of Jobs, Enterprise and Innovation through Enterprise Ireland. The company is part of the 2 Sisters Food Group, which employs about 24,000 people worldwide.
