Ethics in the digital workplace
Digitisation and automation technologies, including artificial intelligence (AI), can affect working conditions in a variety of ways and their use in the workplace raises a host of new ethical concerns.
SAP Romania, a subsidiary of the German company SAP AG, will recruit 60 more employees by the end of 2014 at his centre in Cluj-Napoca. The centre, which currently employs 30 people, will triple its number in 2014 and will reach to 125 people by the end of 2015.
Candidates must have 3-5 years experience in logistics, production or transportation, and must be familiar with the business processes in these industries. According to the sources, graduates with economic or technical education, with good knowledge of English and German, are also targeted.
