Description
Turkey slaughterhouse Gut Stetten in Brettenfeld is to close; 139 jobs are to be lost. As reported, another 54 jobs were lost since the beginning of April 2014 when the insolvency procedures started.
Updated, 14/05/2014: As reported, the site will relaunch its operation in June under a new management. The exact number of the jobs to be created is not provided yet. According to the sources the majority of the new employees will come from eastern Europe (agency workers from Romania).
