Description

Kerry Foods has announced plans to cut 150 jobs at its manufacturing plant in Poole. The Poole plant specialises in pie and sausage roll manufacture. The plant currently employs 860 staff.

A consultation period was launched on 20 March 2014 with the company saying that the reason for the planned redundancies was an increase in competition and costs.

The group has announced the closure if itsDurham plant in 2012.
