Ethics in the digital workplace
Digitisation and automation technologies, including artificial intelligence (AI), can affect working conditions in a variety of ways and their use in the workplace raises a host of new ethical concerns.

Electronics retail chain Media-Saturn announced to cut 200 jobs at its site in Ingolstadt. As announced the cost cutting measure will be implemented by means of natural attrition and in a socially acceptable manner. As reported, the restructuring is in a bid to cut administrative expenses. According to the sources the employees are expressing fears that the number of job cuts may be increased.Â
