Description

The commercial court of Angers has ruled the liquidation of Samic Production; 154 jobs are to be lost. As reported, the decision envisages a 3 months period for a possible takeover, till the end of July 2014. If there is no buyer the compulsory liquidation will take place.

According to the sources the company has been put into administration since July 2012. Samic Production is a wooden windows and doors manufacturer.
