Ethics in the digital workplace

Business Integration Partner (Bip), a Management Consulting firm based in Italy, is to hire 230 people in its offices in Milan and Rome.
The source reports that the company will hire 200 new graduates and 30 experienced consultants. The company is looking for candidates who have a degree in Economics or in Engineering. Those applying for the graduate roles will be assessed through a new method called Assessment 2.0. This will test applicants on personality and other skills such critical thinking.
According to the source, the company website is already accepting applications for several positions in the ICT and Financial Consultancy fields.
