European Restructuring Monitor (ERM)
The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
The logistic company Stef is to open a new logistics platform in Montarbier (Tarn et Garrone). 180 new jobs will be created. As reported, the group has signed an agreement with the public authorities (Agence de développement économique de Tarn & Garonne, Syndicat mixte Grand Sud Logistique) for the provision of support (to find a school, a job for the wife/husband, a place to live...) and the recruitment of the future employees in collaboration with the Public employment service Pôle Emploi. The first recruitments are scheduled for June 2014. About 30 employees from ohter Stefs' location will also join the 180 employees.
