European Restructuring Monitor (ERM)
The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
The Danish multinational Ecco will will create 200 jobs in a new unit located in Santa Maria da Feira, Portugal between May and December 2014.
This investment is a result of the €15 million investment made by Ecco which aims to increase the capacity of their production.
The ERM previously reported on worldwide job cuts at Ecco in 2009.
