European Restructuring Monitor (ERM)
The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
Casterman Printing, a Belgian publisher of comic books, announced that it will cut 100 jobs in Tournai.
The jobs will be cut through collective redundancy.
The commercial court approved the company’s request for protection against creditors under the Act on Continuity of the Company. This gives Casterman printing six months to negotiate with the creditors and to create a restructuring plan.
