Description

Finnish security and defence contractor Patria is announcing a job reduction in their Land Unit of 110.

Partly state-owned company Patria is planning a job reduction to cut costs due to tough market competition. Job reductions will be executed within their Land Business Unit and will affect 110 jobs in the sites Hämeenlinna and Tampere. Negotiations with trade unions are expected to be concluded by the 24th of may.

The ERM has reported on previous restructuring events at Patria in 2002 and 2005.
