European Restructuring Monitor (ERM)
The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
AXA Assistance, a global provider of travel insurances, has opened its second Czech branch in Ostrava, where up to 300 new jobs are to be created within three years. The company intends to employ especially graduates with the foreign language skills.
AXA Assistance, headquartered in Prague, has been operating on the Czech market since 1998. Its customers include insurance companies, banks, travel agencies and hotel chains. AXA Assistance is part of the AXA Group, one of the largest financial groups in the world. It employs 160,000 people in 57 counties.
