Ethics in the digital workplace
Digitisation and automation technologies, including artificial intelligence (AI), can affect working conditions in a variety of ways and their use in the workplace raises a host of new ethical concerns.
German producer of wiring harness for the automotive industry, Coroplast, is to create at least 150 jobs at its factory in Strzelce Opolskie. The company has started the recruitment of electricians, mechatronic specialists and shift managers, for instance.
Coroplast was founded in 1928 in Germany. Coroplast has factories of wires and cables, plastic and textile components in China, Poland, Tunisia and Mexico.
The ERM reported previously on a restructuring at the same plant, announced in 2013.
