Description
Call centre firm Teletech has announced that it is to cut 197 jobs.
The jobs cuts are a direct result of the loss of a contract to provide customer services to Nissan's European customer base to French company B2S. Employess have been told they could take up employment with B2S, however these jobs will be in France.
A government spokesperson said that government agency Invest Northern Ireland would help the firm to find new contracts.
