Description

Slovenske železnice (Slovenian Railways) is to cut another 500 positions by the end of 2014.

This is additional to previous restructurings that were the result of heavy losses in recent years.

All the reduction will be implemented by regular and early retirement.

The ERM previously reported on restructurings at the company announced in 2013, 2012, 2011 and 2010.
