Ethics in the digital workplace
Digitisation and automation technologies, including artificial intelligence (AI), can affect working conditions in a variety of ways and their use in the workplace raises a host of new ethical concerns.
Leoni Wiring Systems Arad, the Romanian subsidiary of German group Leoni, which produces cable systems for cars, announced the intention to create 500 new jobs in 2014. 100 of these jobs will be for office staff and 400 people will be employed in a technical capacity.
The successful applicants will be working in the areas of engineering, informatics and economic science.
In 2013, the ERM reported on another initiative to create jobs by Leoni Wiring Systems Arad in the country.
